When do I sign the lease?

You will have access to your electronic lease when you initiate the booking process. Some landlords prefer to wait before signing the lease until you move-in. Others prefer to sign it in advance. Depending on which room/apartment you are applying for, this information will be communicated to you before the booking is confirmed.
