Any landlord who wishes to advertise with Rent a Place must first schedule a meeting with one of our agents, who then proceeds to verifying the rental references, ownership status and identity of the landlord.
During a short interview, the agent then reviews the landlord's current quality controls in order to identify factors of risk and improvement. At this point, the agent may terminate the interview and cancel the agreement if the landlord shows signs of negligence. The interview is then followed with a full property inspection.
